Empowering Diversity in Museum Volunteering

MARVI  is an initiative dedicated to promoting the inclusion of individuals from migrant, bi-cultural, and diaspora backgrounds in museum and cultural heritage volunteering. The project involves training museum curators and volunteer managers to better integrate these groups, enriching museums with diverse narratives and personal experiences. The project is coordinated by Erasmus University Rotterdam in the Netherlands, with partners in various European countries
