This phase focuses on piloting the newly developed museum volunteer programme. Volunteer managers and museum professionals are testing practical tools and methodologies aimed at fostering more inclusive volunteering practices in museums and cultural heritage institutions.

Community of Practice
From 11 to 13 March 2026, the MARVI Community of Practice event took place in Madrid, marking an important step in strengthening collaboration within the project.
During the meeting, participants collaboratively developed a stakeholder map and identified strategic pathways to build a sustainable community of practice bringing together experts at the intersection of volunteering, decolonisation, and cultural institutions.
The outcomes of this exchange provide a clear direction for reinforcing cooperation, knowledge sharing, and long-term impact within the MARVI network.
